HERE WE ARE, READY TO HELP!
After working in the medical field for the past 10 years, we felt there was an overwhelming need for more access to preventative nutrition therapy. During this time, we have seen a number of clients who have expressed the feeling that they may have been able to preserve their health or delay disease progression if they had the knowledge about nutrition. So here we are, ready to help!

Meet Megan
Megan is a south Louisiana native, born and raised in Harvey, on the Westbank (A.K.A. the best bank!) of New Orleans. Growing up, she was always involved in sports- starting with dancing at the young age of 2, but quickly finding her love for swimming and volleyball. She moved to Baton Rouge in 2006 to attend LSU, where she continued to stay active by playing recreational beach volleyball and running her first half marathon. It’s not a surprise that both of her degrees are related to health and wellness— she graduated in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and then in 2014 she earned her second bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences. After completing her dietetic internship through Southern University, Megan started her first “big girl” job in clinical nutrition at one of the larger hospitals in the Baton Rouge area. She later transitioned to outpatient dialysis, where she built lasting relationships with patients and guided them toward better health through personalized nutrition support. Megan’s own fertility journey sparked a deep passion for women’s health nutrition and the need for credible, compassionate guidance. Today, she is an endorsed Fertility Dietitian through the Early Life Nutrition Alliance and is currently preparing to become a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES). Megan helps women in Baton Rouge and across Louisiana optimize their health—from preconception and fertility to pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. She believes in blending science-based nutrition with empathy and practical strategies so women can feel confident, nourished, and supported at every stage of life.
When Megan is not counseling patients on how to create a balanced lifestyle or studying, she is spending time with her husband, Scott, and kids, John Wyatt and Sadie, trying to fit in that work out, get dinner on the table, cheering on the Tigers - especially LSU women’s basketball- lets GEAUX!, using her creative side with various projects, and sitting poolside. She truly understands that it takes a village and is ready to be part of yours to help you become successful in meeting your health goals!

Meet Jessica
Jessica is a down the bayou girl! She grew up in the rich, Cajun culture of Houma, well south of Houma, but we don’t have time for a geography lesson. When she was young, Jessica dreamed of working with animals - becoming a veterinarian, marine biologist, etc. She moved to Baton Rouge for college in 2007 and has lived there ever since. Jessica obtained a degree from LSU in Animal Sciences in 2011. She learned everything from livestock management to breeding/genetics, meat/dairy/poultry production, and even food quality/safety. It was after taking an animal nutrition course that Jessica realized her true calling was a food-related career, and she began pursuing a degree in Nutrition Sciences; this is where she met Megan! Jessica earned her second bachelor’s degree in 2014 and completed her dietetic internship at Southern University. Throughout her career, she has worked in several local hospitals as an inpatient clinical dietitian, gaining valuable experience in cardiac care, gastrointestinal health, and alternative nutrition support—including parenteral and tube feeding. In 2017, Jessica transitioned to outpatient nutrition, joining one of the nation’s largest dialysis companies. It was there that she discovered her true passion—helping individuals with renal and kidney disease improve their quality of life through individualized, evidence-based nutrition. If her story sounds familiar, that’s because it is—Jessica and Megan’s paths have run side by side for years. Beyond being colleagues, they’ve been long-time friends who share a deep commitment to empowering their patients through compassionate and practical nutrition care. Jessica is currently working toward becoming a Board-Certified Renal Dietitian (CSR) as she continues to help her patients thrive on dialysis and beyond.!
Working in healthcare keeps one very busy, but in her spare time Jessica enjoys fishing, whipping up some authentic Louisiana dishes, watching the LSU Tigers and New Orleans Saints, camping along the gulf coast with her parents, attending concerts with her friends, catching beads at Mardi Gras, attempting to get in a little self-care (massages, fitness/sports, naps), spending time with her husband, Mo, and most of all, raising her son, Carson!
